my outlook express has froze up on the outgoing messages and will not let me delete them. can anyone help?

Hi tina!

Did you go to your "outbox"? You should be able to go there and righ-click the message and delete it!

Let us know if this doesn't work.

Give this a try:

1) Close Outlook Express

2) Click Start/Find/Files and Folders

3) In the "Named box", type in
folders.dbx

4) Set the search in your C:\ drive

5) When the folders.dbx file is found, select it and then delete it.

6) Open Outlook Express.

Upon opening, Outlook Express will automatically rebuild the folders.dbx file. This often fixes problems caused by a corrupted .dbx file.

Tina I had this same problem. Following Dwight's instructions corrected it. Plus, I found a lot more deleted files in there that hadn't completely erased and was able to delete them as well.
