I was having problems get an internet connection. I am not able to get my mail washer working now. A message comes up saying "computer currently has no connection to the internet and mailwasher is unable to create one" I paid the 20 bucks to register it and still have the keys saved on my puter. Has anyone ever experienced this and please help me. I have xp and have tried to remove the email address and reenter it. Thanks.

N2...I had this problem once also. I ended up having to re-download Mailwasher from their main site. Be sure you have your ISP's POP address for incoming and outgoing mail.

If you continue having problems, contact your ISP.

I love having mailwasher...it has saved me MANY a probably headache!

This page has all the details about setting your account in Mail Washer: Click Here

If you changed something with your Internet connection, perhaps removing the old account, then "importing" your account setting would be the easiest way to restore Mail Washer.

Did you add a firewall? If so, Mail Washer will need permission to connect to the Internet.

I hope something here helps!

Well guys looks like I got all back. Can you believe I did a system restore and all works well now or appears to. I think it was from downloading that test your typing speed thing. That is the only thing new on my system and I also had a few programs not responding, believe due to the typing thing again. Oh well it is fixed.
