N2...I had this problem once also. I ended up having to re-download Mailwasher from their main site. Be sure you have your ISP's POP address for incoming and outgoing mail.
If you continue having problems, contact your ISP.
I love having mailwasher...it has saved me MANY a probably headache!

This page has all the details about setting your account in Mail Washer: Click HereIf you changed something with your Internet connection, perhaps removing the old account, then "importing" your account setting would be the easiest way to restore Mail Washer. Did you add a firewall? If so, Mail Washer will need permission to connect to the Internet. I hope something here helps! Dwight
