I have a folder in my documents with gifs I am trying to send the whole folder 1.94 MB and cannot do so can anyone tell me how I can do this.

In your documents, you could create a zip file.
File- New- Compressed zip file. Move (drag) your folder with all of the gif's to the compressed zip file you made.

An easier way is to just right click on your gif folder-> send to-> compressed zip folder. It will create a zip file with the name of your gif folder. See here.

Send the zip file as an attachment.

They will just have to unzip it when they get it.
