My mom wants to send me an xif image she scanned. But she says OE cannot open this. In other words I get e-mail with attatchments that won't open. Does anyone know what to do in order to send the scanned document?

Have her scan it or save it through a graphics program (MSPaint, Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, whatever) and save it as a .jpg or .bmp file.
