http://www.pocomail.com/download.html is a very easy to use E-Mail client with filters that can put the mail into seperate folders based on a lot of conditions.

So all of your Friends can go in one MailBox. And the rest which is automatically junk can go into a seperate folder and get deleted in a matter of seconds.
