I only know of the major websites. But Travelocity and Priceline deals are not anything special. I'm looking for really fantastic airfares. Where could I find them?
I don't see your location on your post. Knowing this might provide more informative answere (especially if you are not in the USA). A site with discounted airfare information worldwide is here.

Just so you know, in my experience travel agents get you better deals. More than once I searched all the online airfares, then called a couple travel agents, and found that the agents got prices hundreds of dollars less. For instance, next month my son and I are flying back to NY from Alaska. Expedia said almost $600 per ticket, cheaptickets.com said about $550, the local travel agent said $460.

I've had the same experience as the displaced New Yorker. I always try to hunt down a filipino travel agent. They're great bargain hunters! At a time when my friends were flying across the US on vacation for $800-1000, my agent got me to Asia and back for $625!
I've never found a better price at any of these sites, though I've only looked a few times.
