At absolute zero all motion is said to stop. What about the electrons around an atoms nucleus? If they stop would they collapse into the nucleus or drift off? eek

This may answer your question.Bose Einstein Condensate. (I don't know if HTML works here). The only naturally occurring place of near absolute zero is within certain sized black holes.
