Am I wrong to assume that a live human body has, at any given moment, a measureable amount of kinetic energy within? Not stored energy, like fat cells; I'm thinking more along the lines of electromagnetic energy in the brain and other tissue.

Can anyone confirm or at least speculate?

As long as blood is being pumped by the heart, there is kinetic energy associated with the circulatory system.

As long as the heart is beating and the brain is functioning there are electrons flowing. As long as there is some temperature above absolute zero there is the kinetic energy associated with the molecular movement. But whether or not any of that has been or is measureable, i.e quantifiable, is something else ? confused

Yes K,
there definitely is:
perhaps in the form of

    continuous motion of the cells
blood molecule movement (blood circulation in the body) &
electrical pulses (instructions to and fro with the brain)
