I'm sure you will find much information on physics from library and web sources. I've always thought that if every person took a GOOD course in basic physics , they would have a much easier time in life. Sadly, so many high school level physics courses dwell on difficult and obscure information, and scare away the average student. So many things we encounter in our daily lives can be readily explained if you understand the basic principles involved. I encourage you to concentrate on the principles that you'll remember and use the most: The laws of conservation of energy, and of mass. Also, Newton's laws of motion. I once had a teacher who told me that most of technology can be explained by three principles: (1) Force=mass X acceleration (2) Apples fall down (3) You can't push on a string . There's some humor there, but a lot of truth too! Good luck !
