Does it grow naturally like that or do they dye it for decorating puposes?

It grows like that. It's a mixture of maizes that grow in those colors (ie blue corn, yellow corn...).

Corn cannot propigate by itself, so they simply manipulate the colors that appear by planting different varieties together.
