I have a garden bed and I've planted any thing from Hosta's, Lilly's and Holly hocks and other greenery but the deer and chipmunks are doing major damage on our crops. Things that I've done to control them:
Deer: Sprayed repelant on them. Failed.
Chipmunks: Decon (Rat Posin) Some what helps.
Chipmunks just go underneith the soil and just attack the roots and pull the plant down with them. Not to forget ugly holes in the bed.
Deer just chop the stalks off of flowers, etc. Buds to.
Any spray you can suggest for Deer? I've tried, Hinder and Deer Fence and deer fencing.
Any under ground tool for chipmunks?
Please help.

Squirrels, possum, raccoon, cats, gophers, rats, field mice and birds.
Thankfully we do not have deer.
Each year I lose about 3/4 of my black berries, 1/2 of my grapes and outside of the cage lined garden beds all but my paper white bulbs about 90% disappear.
I've tried blood (dried and otherwise), hair, Irish spring soap, sprays, shiny things (like CDs reportedly they keep the birds and elephants away, I can honestly say not a single elephant has been in my garden since I hung CDs) and Scare Crows (which the birds love to sit on and sing at me)
The only sure method I have found is a physical barrier.

Doug, I have deer stalking my yard all day in anticipation of a breakfast, lunch and dinner. They nibble down my hostas in no time. Sumac that I thought were poisonous to them - NOPE, they chomped back the tips too.
Deer don't like to be tripped. I spooks them. So, I've taken several bamboo sticks and placed them around the front of my yard. I've tied fishing line from one to the other to the end.
So far... so good.

maybe an electric fence for the deer and small animal wire for the chipmunks buirred in the ground also might try one of those cannons that shoo away birds . a good dog will keep deer at bay too. maybe find out what deer dont like and plant that around same for chipmunks. i know that tall really tall fencing will keep deer out.
