I live in the greater
Cincinnati area and we're
probably going to get our
first frost tonight.
Can I plant tulip, iris,
or crocus bulbs now?

you can still plant them - - up until the end of October (even early November) you should be fine. The frost won't really do much as it won't be a freeze.

I live in zone 5, in Pa. You can plant your spring bulbs anytime up until the ground freezes over. I have planted tulips in January during a warm spell when the ground softened up a bit. I don't plant my garlic sets till sometime in late November or early December, cause I don't want the tops to start growing. You have plenty of time to plant your bulbs.
