How do you grow a lichee tree/bush from the seeds inside the fruit. Do they grow in trees or bushes? How long does it take for them to grow. How should you plant the seeds?

First, I have no idea where "chipmunk land" is, so I don't know if you have the proper weather conditions for a lychee tree. A lychee tree cannot tolerate frost AT ALL...it will die if it's in frost conditions in as short of a period of time as a few hours. It also cannot tolerate winds of any amount. It is a tropical tree and needs some pretty specific conditions to grow.
