This isn't exactly gardening as I do not have a garden, but I would like to grow some herbs. Problem is that I cannot have an outdoor window box (not allowed by our house insurance). Our windows are north-east facing and only have sun in the morning until about 11am, and to top all that I am not exactly green fingered....
What herbs would I be able to grow in this situation, and any tips to grow them successfully? I have killed off most of my plants appart from a hardy ivy!
