In December 2001 I received an amaryllis and watched it bloom beautifully. I followed the instructions that came with it and when danger of frost was gone I buried it outside in my garden. Foliage came up during the summer of 2002 and eventually dried up. That's when I messed up. I was supposed to bring it back in so that it would bloom again for Christmas. I forgot and figured it froze to death over the hard winter. Well it didn't die. In fact the foliage is now about 8 inches high. My question: what do I do now? I would like to see it bloom again. What do I do over the summer until it's ready to be taken in? I threw away the instructions when I thought it had died. Thank you.
