I have newly planted myself a medicinal and good smelling herb garden, but I'm afraid I don't know how to harvest them. My garden consists of : lavender, sage, thyme, rosemary, valerian, chamomile, feverfew, burgamot, peppermint, lemon balm, borage, and echinacea. I would love to hear if anybody knows how to harvest these. Thanx!
