For several years now we have had moss in the beds by the back of the house (it is on the north side and stays dark) but in the last couple of years the moss has just spread all over to all the beds even the sunny ones...it is thick...What can I do to get rid of it and keep it at bay? I have raked it up but a few days later it is back.

Check with your home and garden shop. They have both a dry power to use with a spreader and liquid spray to kill off the moss.

Tried both but I like the spray the best. Seemed to cover better. Attaches to you garden hose. No mixing just ready to go.

Rake up after it dies and spray once more. This should hold you for the season.

I got mine at Lowes but I'll bet Home Depot has it also.
