I planted a lovely azalea between two rhodies. After a month or two, its leaves turned a purple color, and it looks like it has been dusted with powdered sugar. What has gone wrong? Is it sunburned?

I wouldn't worry at this stage catty. Your Azalea is new and needs to get established. Some minor "weirdnesses" are normal. Trust me.

Is that true, Tree? Well, then, I'll quit worrying. I thought it was some kind of grotesque disease.
