I have a small Azalea bush in front of my house. Its leaning into the house. I think I planted it crooked last year. LOL What is the best way to replant it? I used that peat moss last time. I just want it straight.
* Note I haven't even tried to plant anything else. I have always lived in apartments so when you see a lot of novice questions from me... don't laugh.

Clare, since you just planted it last year, I wouldn't suggest digging up the whole thing and replanting.
I'd suggest you dig towards the back (trying not to disrupt the roots) and loosen the soil...fill it up with some potting mix to bring it level to where you want. Water it well...you might want to think about feeding too - - Azaleas like acidic soil - there is a plant food by Miracle Gro (and I'm sure others) that is specifically for azaleas and rhody's.
Welcome to the world of gardening - - once you get hooked, you'll try growing most anything!!!
Azaleas and Rhododendron are easy to replant, especially if they haven't been in a permanent place for too long as your azalea. Carefully dig up your plant, and reposition it where you want, water well, and refill the hole. You should have no problem replanting. I have moved shrubs that have been established for 4-5 years or more with no problems.
