Living in South Florida, I can afford to have a garden all year long and take advantage of the weather.Recently,I thought that I could take advantage of those "cocos" falling down from my two Palm tress in the backyard. They produce at least 30 or more "cocos" each one periodicaly
Here's the question: Can I grow easily new Palm trees from those "coconuts"? Easily meaning; put the cocos in a container (5 liters for instance)use some potting soil, water, and "voilà"? I noticed the old coconuts being brownish compare to green for the new ones, can they all be used or only the brown( ripe)ones?
