I am losing the war (and my yard) to gophers or moles. I almost have more piles of dirt than grass! I've tried poison worms, and also applied emulsified castor oil - the two processes I've heard about. Neither even slowed them down. Any ideas???!

Oops..to late to edit. I see you are asking about gophers, which are slightly different. Pretty much the same advice though, but as gophers are smaller, you'll need to have a more accurate aim. Big Grin

Thank you. One of the links in your answer took me to "Rodenators". If that procedure is allowed in residential areas, it looks like a sure thing. After trying other remedies that didn't work, I'm desperate! Eek

Get some mole traps. They cost like $15 and in about a month or so you will be mole and gopher free once again. Smile
