Hi! Smile I have a Kalanchoe, and it got left outside accidentally on a night where it got down to 18 degrees. Frown I'm very mad Mad and shocked Red Face at myself for forgetting to bring it in. Anyway, it's kind of looking...not so pretty, now. The leaves are turning brown/yellow. Is there any hope for it? Can anyone tell me a way to revive it? Last winter..it didn't do this, so...the poor thing needs help.
Thank you! Smile

Trinity, a Kalanchoe is a succulent and will be deeply effected if it experiences any frost.

My suggestion is to start all over with a new plant.

I have to agree with Tree on this...chances are, it will not come back at all. It got frozen and it's done...

I agree - it doesn't sound too good for your plant... But you can try...

Trinity - I have done this and my plant dropped all it's leaves but I kept watering it (very little) during the winter and in the spring I took the sorry looking thing outside and it soon started putting on new leaves. It even looked better than it had the previous summer. I planted some outside this year and hopefully it will come back next spring. I live in North Texas where it does freeze quite often during the winter but we have very little snow and it can be in the triple digits for weeks on end during the summer. I figured if it does come back, GREAT, if it doesn't, I still have the "mother" plant.
