I'd also be interested to know what you metal-head's opinions are on the new albums for Mudvayne, Disturbed, and Godsmack. I think they've been focusing on their old-school metal roots more. (And take your time. I'll be here for awhile. )

I will tell you the ones that I've heard of:

Rammstien (great, but it's all starting to sound the same)
Godsmack (there's a lot of AIC influence, of course, which is good, and then they have their own style. I like 'em)
Earth Crisis (have heard of and seem to recall liking but can't think of a song right now) Coal Chamber (good, but again it's all starting to sound the same)
Mudvayne and Disturbed get kudos from my husband, but I don't listen to the radio enough to know which is which anymore.

Earth crisis is a straight-edge punk band actually.

Rammstein is interesting, I
would like to see them live.

i have heard nothing but good things about rammstein...

of course, i've never personally listened to them...

i really didnt like brand new sin. sounded too much like metallica, and i dont really like them.
i had listened to most of those in the list, but skinlab is definatly a good addition to my music.
