07-14-02, 10:08 PM DorianGreyed If the soup is not already too spicy for your taste, add a little vinegar-based Louisiana hot sauce. I prefer Durkee's Frank's sauce, but most stores have a house brand (or Crystal) which is much cheaper. (Frank's is the sauce originally used in Buffalo Wings.)

07-16-02, 11:27 AM nerdqueendeluxe and I thank you all, especially the adding frozen rice to help cool it fast. I once saw aomething about bmaking a cold salad after draining the liquid off but couldn't remember just what it was.

Still want it hot? Use solar power. Put the container by a window or if you are driving, on your dash. Ramen, truly a Food for Today !
