1 lb. cooked, chopped chicken 1 medium onion, chopped 2 cans pinto beans, drained 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained 2 cans diced tomatoes w/green chilies 1-2 cups water 1 envelope taco seasoning 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
fresh cilantro shredded cheese tortilla chips
Throw it all in a big pot (except the cilantro, cheese and chips) and heat it up. After dishing it into a bowl add fresh cilantro and cheese ontop and crumbled chips if desired.
This has been my favorite recipe lately! It's not like any other taco soup I've tasted.
