Hello:

I believe "Zip-Zip" was the title of a song I remember hearing in 1959-60. Any help with the title and the name of the artist would be appreciated.

There was a song recorded by The Diamonds around that time called Zip Zip.
You can hear a sample of it and buy the Best of the Diamonds with the track on it from Amazon.
