I think I found the episode you mean. For some reason I can't get the YouTube link to work here.
However, if you go to YouTube and type in "Criminal Minds - Ashes and Dust. Intro" you will see it.

The music is by Enya and is called "Boadicea".

It is from her first album, entitled, "Enya" and released in 1987. It was re-released as "The Celts."
