Who was said (UK female vocalist) to have a vocal range of 4 octaves... Has made a comeback a few months ago with a greatest hits album
Can think of only 1 other person (also born UK) with a wide vocal range but I cannot say what her range is
Though On Google it says 3 octaves which does surprise me Red Face
I'm not a musical person .
Bonus if you can name her too Smile

Mariah Carey? Cleo Laine is the other one I think you are referring to.I believe she can sing over 4 octaves.

It isn't Mariah Carey. Her range is close to 6 octaves and she isn't from the UK

I thought perhaps Kate Bush, but her voice is 3 octave

Time Up the Answer I wanted was Annie Lennox
and Heather Small (for the Bonus)
Would you agree with this?
PS I've left the trivia question alone. Just in case somebody strange surfs in (And wants to answer it?)

I wouldn't consider the release of a greatest hits album to be a comeback (even if it was critically acclaimed). Thanks for the answer, though.

Is Heather Small someone big over there? Allmusic doesn't have much on her.

I'm not too sure if she guested with Massive Attack?

That's probably be Mezzanine. The female guest on there was Elizabeth Fraser.
