This is sad news. I think "Out of Africa" was one of the best movies made in the 1980's.

I was truly upset by this news as well. What an accomplished man, and I have to say it but Tootsie is one my all time favorite movies ever. Anyone agree?

"Tootsie" was an excellent movie, and showed the enormous acting range of Dustin Hoffman (if people were not aware of that before).
