I DO NOT have an H.P. Otganize Link in the Start Menu
Obviously Press to Open the Page/start it up or what have you ?
Instead of Left clicking to Start the progam(does not work on the Main Name entry) has to be the "Choices" links OK?
Don't understand this Statement.
Right Click to show a Menu Look about 2/3rds of the way down and You'll see the Words
"Create Shortcut" Click it and a New Desktop Icon that Points to the Link Has been created

Don't understand this statement either.
NOTE System Restore may not restore that Icon?
It concentrates on the Mechanics of the Program
I knew this. I did a System Recovery & did not recover the H P Organize Icon as it has always appeared before when I did a System Recovery.
Be aware of where the link is deposited On Mine when I tried it they materialized somewhere internally Perhaps the Program Files folder?

?
There is also a much easier fast way to try.
And that is to find the link on the Start menu as before
Left click on it and Hold the Button Down then Drag it off the list and release ...1 instant shortcut
(Program may open if you are slow? But You'll still have your short cut to come back to on the Desktop

Time to Do a second if that?
