Spywarebot is now charging, so I am wondering if anyone knows a good, free, spyware program?

Also, does anyone know of a good, free form-filling program?

yeppers spybots is pretty good i use it too.
also use crap cleaner for a good cleaner too.
it get the garbage and takes it out for ya.

I'm more partial to AVG anti spyware, as its shown me the best protection to date that I've used. The free version is just as good as the full version, just less features, and no automatic updates. Works with Windows 2000 and XP.
