I seem to be having some problems with scrolling . This doesn't happen on all websites , only some . Some where I never had the problem before . As I try to scroll down it goes really slowly . Then , when I release the scroll bar ( or whatever it is called ) it will continue to scroll on its own , despite trying to stop it . It appears to be completely screwed up . Yet on other sites there is no problem . How do I fix this ? Thanks !

What type of mouse are you using?
If it's a "wheel" mouse (3 buttons )I'd check if the tiny wheel button(Middle)is not sticking, press this once to cancel "Autoscrolling" (Won't break the mouse)
Question.. When it scrolls does your mouse pointer change to a white circle with 2 black arrows and a dot in the middle?) if so this means the "autoscroll" is "on"
Also remove the ball from your mouse and clean it by laying some sticky tape on a flat top and roll the ball over it (will remove all the muck)
then get a damp cotton bud and clean the rollers inside the mouse (You can also wet you fingerand do the same (may not extract all the fluff ,just the muck on the rollers)
With "jerky" scrolling this will be full of all sorts of muck(fluff) and they will start to slip if wrapped in a mucky coating
Repeat job every few months (to keep it working well)

Info for Georgia:
Auto scroll speed can be regulated by clicking the middle button, get the white circle...move the pointer slowly(Important!) up or down moves the page(pointer changes to a black dot with a "single arrowhead" either pointing down if going down or up
for "up", then move the mouse gently to set scrolling speed .
Either "Pull back" on mouse to halt /slow down or click on the wheel to cancel
Pointer returns to "double arrow head" when in a neutral position .
Don't think becase there are 2 pointers on the screen it is a bug 1 is a fixed reference point(Mark point) and the other acts as a target(accelerator)
A bit confusing, until you get used to it.
Lot to take in but with 10 minutes practice it will become 2nd nature Wink
