I was trying to do a PowerPoint thing – but the next step keeps wiping out the previous step.

Do I not know how to ‘save’ the previous step before going on to the next step.

Here is the site where I’m working from . . .

http://pptheaven.mvps.org/index.html

Click – (when page opens) Tutorials > leaf motion effects.

There are 4 things there: Getting a picture / motion path / spin effect / swivel.

When I complete motion path and move on to spin effect – I lose the effects that have been applied to motion path.

When I move on to ‘swivel’ I lose what has been applied to ‘spin effect’.

So . . . How do I ‘save’ - - when do I ‘save’ . . . (and does it matter to where it’s ‘saved’)?

And a big thanks to you for helping me on this one!
