what is the name of the Firewall that she is using?
And Is she using IE7.0 why I ask is this has "blockers" to stop certain programs working Besides the Usual suspects(Blocked by IE options also Windows Firewall) Might be worth trying to put this site on the Windows Firewall exceptions list as her other firewall may be adding that as an additional block as well may just work as a workaround? Smile

Can she get on the site to browse but not download? (just to clarify whats happening)

Lo Bedstor
In answer to your questions,
Kate's got Norton Personal Firewall,
I'm sorry but we've got no idea what IE7.0 is.
How do we find (Windows exceptions firewall) list?
She can get on the site to browse, in the bottom left hand corner of the site there is a
picture of the world with a brick wall in front of it, and (firewall detected) written next to it
By the way She has windows XP.
Sorry I'm so vague (its my age)
Thanks
Challie

IE 7.0 = Internet Explorer 7.0

browser -
Short for Web browser, a software application used to locate and display Web pages. The two most popular browsers are Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer. Both of these are graphical browsers, which means that they can display graphics as well as text. In addition, most modern browsers can present multimedia information, including sound and video, though they require plug-ins for some formats.
