I am posting this for a friend.....

"I downloaded flash player so i could use flash on-line and it does not work. Some flash plays but others still say "you need flash player" whats wrong? I am using windows vista and IE7."

Any ideas?

Windows Vista is brand new Operating System and it may be that there is some type of compatibility problem here. If the flash is working on some sites and not on others, I have to think there is some difference between the sites rather than the computer that is causing the problem. This might be a good question to direct to Microsoft if the Vista OS was purchased through a retail store or if the computer is new and the Vista was installed by the manufacturer, call their support people. The system should still be under warranty.
