Have you tried restarting the computer? Do you still get the same error? If so...Close Outlook Express, then 1. Click Start 2. Click Search 3. Type in folders.dbx 4. Click Search 5. When the file or files are found, select and delete them. 6. Open Outlook Express and see if the problem has gone away. 7. If not, please repost for additional diagnostic steps. Dwight
