If you do not have a 'Menu Bar' in IE7, locate the 'Tools' pull down menu located near 'Home', 'Printer' icons, & select 'Menu Bar' from there.

I do have the menu bar in IE6, and when I go to view and click on toolbars, adress the adress goes to the bottom right hand corner. When I click there a window opens for me to write in the web site adress. I would like the adress bar to be on the top of my screen, when I go to google it should be on the third line but it is not. I really don't know what to do.

You can drag the bars around to the desired position. But first unlock the toolbars by right-clicking on the toolbar. Choose "Unlock Toolbar". Then postion your cursor near the separation bar and press and hold the left mouse button to drag the toolbar. This may take several tries to see exactly how this is done.
