Am I stuck forever with a gray scrollbar? Google seems to tell me you can only change the color of a scroll bar in web pages. I've got InterNet Explorer and would like to have a bright red scroll bar.

OoooKaaaa......I've been over to that site and played around for a few days and also back to Google. I must be missing something somewhere cause they all seem to be telling me that their instructions pertain to web pages only. I don't gotta Web. Isn't there an easy answer - like: R-clk (blank spot) desktop/clk Propereties/clk appearance tab on Properties display/Item (down arrow) /Scroll bar and choose from the colors (that are not there) I can re-size the bar, but cannot paint it. ...... From the site (recommended above) - it said:"paste this in your 'textarea'." What is a 'text-area' - do I have one and don't know it. [And they said there was no such thing as a 'stupid' question. ;^)
