deleted folder in windows mail

I accidently deleted a folder in my windows mail and then deleted the deleted and now I realize I made a mistake is there a way I can find this folder again?

Hi! luckyladee. Try this.
From the Start menu (or the Vista orb), choose "Search". Press "All files and folders", and then type the name of the folder and press Enter. If your file is still on the system, this search will find it for you.

PS: Are you gonna be in S.Florida this season?

Sorry but that did not work. I cannot click on files and folders I have to type it in with Vista. I feel so bad they were important emails that I had received from my landlord in Florida and by mistake I deleted his folder all together. Before I delete now I am real careful.
I feel so bad but what can I do the folder must be lost.

From another forum I got this site

and it worked. I was able to recover my folder see all my emails copy and paste them to a disc.
Now how wonderful is that I recommend it to anyone who has had my problem.

No I was able to do all that by just downloading the program. If I had purchased it I would have been able to save the files I guess. But by not buying it I was still able to retrieve everything copy and past and put it in a word document. Everything was very easy. Try it you will see it has for XP re: outlook express or Vista Windoes mail. It was just great!
