For some reason, IE 7 is refusing to minimize more than one, or at the most, two, pages at a time. Is this a peculiarity of IE, or is it the settings?

Thanks for any help.

I'm sory I'm not sure that I understand what you mean...

Are you saying that you cannot minimize multiple IE 7 pages?

A simple way to minimize multiple pages as once is the press the the Windows key and the D key at the same time. See this picture

To quickly restore the windows, repeat the action.

Yes, that's what I meant, Dwight. I will try your method. Thanks, Big Guy.

Sorry, Dwight, I misspoke there. I don't use IE much, as it constantly gives me "Can't display webpage" messages. It seems to think I'm not connected when I am.

I've been using Firefox, but it has its faults also. If I'm at AP and I click on a link, it takes me there, but won't back up to AP. The only way I can get out of it is to click on the "X," at which point the browser closes and
I'm back to my desktop.

I hope that makes things clearer.

You might try uninstalling, then reinstalling the Firefox Web Browser. That may correct whatever error it is encountering.

Firefox download page

And the same method of minimizing all pages at once as described above should work with this, too. If it doesn't it means the Firefox is locking up and you do the uninstall/reinstall.

Thanks, Dwight, I'll try that.

BTW, I found a router and now everything is working fine!

Have a great day.

Say, Dwight, when do I press the Win/D key? Before each file to be minimized? Or can I "freeze" or "lock" all the minimized files at once by pressing Win/D?

Windows + D keys will minimize all open program Windows. Press it again and it will restore all Windows.

You can use the Alt + Tab keys to see all Windows individually. Press and hold the Alt key, then press and release the Tab key. Note the screen showing the program Icons. Press the Tab key to scroll through the list. Release all keys to open the window that is selected.
