My brilliant son was here yesterday and removed some applications from my system tray he said weren't needed, including RoboForm, which I use all the time. How can I get it back?
Catty's battling colon cancer now, and pretty doped up. Please forgive occasional lapses in memory, etc. ******************************************************************** 09-05-05, 11:27 AM Dwight "Catty's battling colon cancer now..." I'm so sorry to hear this...I hope and pray that you will win this fight.
As concerns the RoboForm , your brilliant son is right; it is not necessary to run RoboForm in the System Tray in order to enjoy it's benefits.
However...
If you prefer to see the RoboForm icon in the Taskbar, here is how to restore it:
Q: How do I tell RoboForm Taskbar icon to appear when Windows starts up? A: Go to the "RoboForm -> Options" dialog and check the "Show RoboForm Icon in Taskbar on Windows Startup".
How to use RoboForm without running the Taskbar icon:
You can right-click web page and click the "Fill forms from Identity". The Password offer will pop up automatically when a page with a password section appears.
If you don't see a "Fill forms from Identity" on the right click menu, click the "Tools" menu and then the RoboForm "Fill forms from Identity" option.
I hope something here will help!

Thank you for the kind wishes. You are a Prince.
Catty Frown ******************************************************************** 09-05-05, 08:58 PM Dwight Go to your list of programs in the Start menu. Find and open the RoboForm...you will see the options menu. Dwight ******************************************************************** 09-05-05, 09:28 PM MsSueM
