Go to this page, and download CCleaner, run the installation file, uncheck all the boxes except the ones for the desktop shortcut, and Check for updates automatically. After installing, open the program, in the left side column, go down to the "Advanced" section, check the "Advanced" option, then keep clicking the "ok" buttons till they're all checked. Then click "Run cleaner", check the box that says to " NOT show this dialog next time"
, then click "ok". It will clean out all cookies, and all accumulated junk files. From this point on all you'll have to do it open Ccleaner, and click the "Run cleaner" button.
Make sure if it notifies you there's a newer version available, you go to the site, download it, and install the same way every time with the checkmarks I mentioned earlier. Let us know if you need any more help with it! Good luck!
