I believe that you mean the icon moves to the System Tray area of the Taskbar. (labeled as "notification area" in this image)

One way to make this change automatic is to set the program to open with the Windows Bootup. You can copy/paste the startup icon into the Start/All Programs/Startup folder.

Yes that is what I mean.

How do you copy & paste. Where do I start the copy & then how do I paste the copy.

I have done this copy/paste in another program like Microsoft Word, but what program do I use to copy/paste the program I want to copy/paste into the Taskbar.

Just right-click on the shortcut that you wish to copy and then click on the "copy" command. Right click on the Startup folder and choose "paste" to paste the shortcut into the startup folder.

Dwight:

Paste did not work. I had to drag the Icon from my Desktop to the Start Window. Then I got the Icon to locate in the lower right corner of the Screen.
