What is this exactly? I see so many people using it, but I don't even see it on my computer! I am running Windows XP. Thanks.
Skye.

Outlook Express is an email client program that is distributed with Windows Internet Explorer.

If you don't see the application in your Start/All Programs list, you can install it from the Control Panel/Add-Remove Programs/Windows Components section.

What exactly does it do? Is it just another program for emails, and should I install it? Still kinda in the dark here!

I assume that you have a method of emailing now. If that is the case you don't have to install or use Outlook Express or any other email client program.

Some like this program because it makes some aspects of email easier, such as adding picturs, etc.
This page may be helpful in showing you how the program works, as least as concering inserting images into an email message: click here
