I'm typing this from work in desperation. Someone connected a new wireless keyboard and mouse for my work PC and my screen is now totally blue. Very difficult to work with. I've checked all kinds of setting to no avail. My colour display is set to "lowest" and I have no options available anymore.

Anyone know why. Thanks a bunch!

Very weird Tree Keyboard and Mouse connections...Hmm.. Roll Eyes This should have no affect on display unless.. the Computer tower has been open and the Grapics card (if fitted has been taken out and refitted whongly in the slot
Or...More likely cause, when whoever fitted the new parts plugged in the cables they have disturbed the monitor lead plug (thick cable) which is normally secured ...But some lazy people do sometimes just push the plug in don't bother securing it! And when the tower was moved (to access the cables ) The lead has come loose ?
The Very old type may have clips but the modern types are all of the thumbscrew type
Take you perhaps 10 seconds to check this out
Without calling the Computer guy over Wink
PS Check also the routing of the cables if you can?

Thanks for your response Mike.

I had to finally call the techie and he re-routed or restored some drive. I dunno. I'm certainly not a hardware person. I asked him what the problem was - after about 5 minutes when he fixed it. He explained it to me in a few words. I then replied "I'm an excellent driver".

It's fixed and I'm very happy! Smile
