Someone take me back to the basic – basic of scrolling marquees in my Email.

What is the method of putting the html code into my Email?

One web site (Lissa’s) said this: This page is for those of you who use the Internet Explorer browser, the marquee tag does not work in any other browser. Copy and paste this code into copy and paste this code into your editor.

Well, first off – who – what – where is “my editor”?

I pasted that code into my signature box and Wa-La – all I got was the code at the bottom of my sent Email.

I thought I remembered you had to ‘save’ the code over in Notepad or somewhere similar.

Can someone point me in the right direction of a tutorial that will explain this procedure simple enough for me to understand it?

Thanx

You didn't say what email programming you are using. Many emails programs don't allow HTML. I just tried it in my yahoo and it didn't work in IE or Mozilla. If you are using Outlook then this site might be helpful.

If you are looking for HTML codes/tags then check out the sites below. They give great examples.

This site will help. Just click on any item on the left of the page.

This site is good too. It also has marquee basics. Smile
