This could possibly be tricky. Normally when you want to uninstall something you would go to your control panel and click on Add/Remove programs (Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs). Your toolbar should appear in the select box. Hi-light it and click change/remove.
Now here is the tricky part. Since it appeared when you downloaded your screensave it could be spyware or a trojan. This happened to me recently. I had a toolbar appear and when I tried to uninstall it I got a message that it was adaware and if I wanted to uninstall it to go to a pcrepair website and download the uninstall software. When I clicked on the web address it took me to a porn site. When I typed in the address it still took me to a porn site. The only way I was able to uninstall the toolbar was to do a virus scan through McAfee and then a spyware scan through AOL SpyBlaster. After both found about 15 files and quarantined or deleted them, the toolbar was gone.
So try the Add/Remove first. If that doesn't do anything, run virus scans and spyware scans. Then let us know what happens. Good luck!
