"The 15 second box to set screen resolution does not appear, therefore , I cannot maintain the proper settings..." FritzzsI'm not sure what a 15-second box is, but you can open the Display Properties window either from the: Control Panel/Display or By right-clicking on any blank area of the Desktop and clicking the "Properties" command. Once the "Display Properties" window is open, click on the "Settings" tab. You can drag the slider bar left or right to reduce or increase the screen resolution. I hope this is of some help. Found de prob..... Went into display settings and clicked on Advanced, and saw that the 'ASK ME BEFORE APPLYING THE NEW COLOR SETTING" was not checked... Now I'm back in love with my computer....
