1. Right click on the image and choose "Save Picture As".
2. Save the image to your computer and then open Word.
3. In Word, click into the document where you want the image inserted.
4. Click the "Insert" menu --> Picture\From File command.
5. Navigate to your image's storage location and select it.

The image will be inserted into your Word document. Once it is in your document, right click on the image and choose "Format Picture". You can set your picture preferences in this window.

By the way, if you click (in Word) File --> New you will see some templates. Among them are Business Cards and Fliers (Brochures). You may find these helpful with your documents layout. You can get more of these free downloads by clicking into Help and then "Microsoft on the Web".

Finally, please note that you didn't say what version of Word that you're using. All versions will do the image tasks, but in some cases the commands will be under different menus. If you don't see the command I named, try a different menu, or press the F1 key for help on this item.

Do you mean that you cannot find the picture file?
1. Are you looking in the correct directory (folder)? If you're saving the picture to the My documents/My Picture folder, then you must set the "Look in" box to look into that folder.

2. Are you looking in the correct folder, but not seeing the image file? If this is the case, set the "Files of Type" box to "All Files". You should now be able to see the file.

You may not be seeing the file extension...that is the three characters following the period mark like: filename.jpg

The .jpg portion may be hidden from you. Hiding known file extension is the default setting in windows.

I hope this helps!
