Ingemar Johansson? Born September-22-1932.

That's the man! When I first thought of this question, I forgot about Johansson, and thought the answer was Ali. It's funny; they were so close in time when they first became champs, and Johansson is only 10 years older that Ali, but they are really from different times and represent different generations.
